All content, features, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Channing Brown/deafbits and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App without prior written consent.

Use of the App

The application is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the application in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the application, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the application.

Data Collection

The DINGO app does not collect any information or data from its users. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we do not track, store, or share any personal or sensitive information.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Channing Brown/deafbits be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the App.

Collaborative Work

Channing Brown/deafbits may, at its discretion, enter into collaborations or partnerships with third parties for the improvement or expansion of the application. Any such collaborations shall be governed by separate agreements and do not constitute a part of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
